Where is your
Houston Colocation facility located?
Level3 Communications, Houston, Texas.
This facility is located at the Greenspoint Technology
Center at N. Sam Houston Parkway and I-45. If you're
not in Houston, we offer cabinets in
these cities as well.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover). We will automatically bill you on the
anniversary date of your agreement each month.

Can I send you any size server?
Yes, we will take any size server as long as it fits in the
rack. We charge by 1U of space or 1.75" of vertical space. We also sell by
the half, and full rack if you have a really large machine
or many servers. If your machine is not rack-mountable,
such as a mini-tower server, you will need to supply us with
a standard rack-mountable shelf or we can supply one and
bill you for it.

The Texas Network's Data Center within Level 3 Communications are
provisioned with multiple OC-192 connections to two or
more cities. Backup power is provided by 80-minute
battery backups and two or more 1.2 GW diesel
generators, 24-hour Houston Colocation HVAC with multiple redundant
chillers to maintain an optimal computer server
environment. There are also diverse data cabling paths
to the server racks, and all servers receive
conditioned power and 24-hour individual monitoring.
To guard against line failure Texas Colocation or intrusion, the data
center is staffed during regular working hours and
monitored by a comprehensive security system
incorporating biometric hand-scanning for strict
access control and video surveillance. No public
access is permitted unless accompanied by a TTN or
Level 3 representative.
